Petrol
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be paid at the time of delivery. Fuel is NON refundable. Parking Fees/Traffic Fines Customers will be liable for any parking offences or traffic or congestion fines incurred against the rental vehicle whilst in their care. All fines are subject to a locally determined administration fee.

Our Cars
We have a comprehensive range of cars, mini, compact, minibuses and 4x4s to rent from many different car manufacturers. At City Cypruscarhire, whilst we will always endeavour to provide your preferred car rental model; we cannot guarantee a specific car hire model. We can only guarantee the car rental group.Please see below examples of the car hire models we rent in each vehicle group.

Number of Passengers
All cars are insured for a maximum number of passengers, information on the number of passengers a vehicle can carry is available at time of booking or locally when the car is collected. Should this number be exceeded, the customer’s insurance shall become invalid. The customer is responsible for ensuring the car they rent is of an adequate size for all passengers and luggage.

Northern occupied part of Cyprus
City Cyprus Car Hire strongly advices you not to travel there by car as insurance companies DO NOT offer any cover.
City Cyprus Car Hire is also unable to offer you there any support both in case of breakdown or an accident. Driving to the North occupied part of Cyprus is done on your own risk.
City Cyprus Car Hire has the right to claim from the Hirer any amount to cover the whole damages caused in the Northern occupied part of Cyprus.

Airport Pickup Policy
One of our staff will be waiting for you at Larnaca or Paphos Airport with a sign with your name on it to deliver the car to you.
